  9.          This file provides information for BBS sysops on the
  10.          distribution of MoonLite via electronic Bulletin Board
  11.          Systems.
  12.  
  13.          You may compress, post and distribute MoonLite as long as:
  14.  
  15.          - you explain the Shareware concept (copyrighted, try-before-
  16.            you-buy; continued use requires registration and payment of
  17.            a fee to the author) to your customers
  18.  
  19.          - you designate MoonLite as Shareware and NOT as Free, Free-
  20.            ware or Public Domain
  21.  
  22.          - you make it clear that any charges involved ONLY cover your
  23.            service of copying/making available MoonLite, which does
  24.            NOT convey any rights to other than trial use of MoonLite
  25.  
  26.          - you do NOT place MoonLite into any special area that car-
  27.            ries a higher charge than other programs or files
  28.  
  29.          - ALL of the files listed in the MOONLITE.LST file are both
  30.            included and unmodified.

  32.          The right to withhold or withdraw permission to distribute
  33.          MoonLite from anyone at any time for any reason is explicitly
  34.          reserved.

  36.          For consistency and to help users locate MoonLite please name
  37.          the archived MoonLite files MOONLTE2.*, such as MOONLTE2.ZIP,
  38.          MOONLTE2.LZH, MOONLTE2.ARJ or, in the case of a self-
  39.          extracting file, MOONLTE2.EXE.

  41.          Many BBSses customarily add a small text file (promotional
  42.          message) to an archived file. This text file describes the
  43.          BBS and tells people that the file was downloaded from that
  44.          particular BBS. Other BBSses add a small one-line message
  45.          with their BBS name and phone number to the compressed file,
  46.          which will display when the file is uncompressed. Either of
  47.          these methods of mentioning your BBS is acceptable and may be
  48.          used, provided ALL MoonLite files are otherwise unmodified and
  49.          complete.

  51.          MoonLite can be described as follows:

  53.          "Brainstorming Program to get creative moonlighting ideas"
  54.          or:
  55.          "Brainstorming Program for generating creative moonlighting
  56.          ideas that will bring in additional income without your
  57.          having to make heavy monetary investments"
  58.  
  59.          MoonLite can contain a maximum of 200 personal assets and 200
  60.          moonlighting ideas.
  61.  
  62.          Context-sensitive help is available throughout the program.
  63.  
  64.          Because of the very thorough idea evaluation procedure
  65.          contained in the program, MoonLite can also be used as a
  66.          standalone Personal Decision Support System.
  67.  
  68.          MoonLite is also ideal as teaching material for schools,
  69.          universities and other educational institutions where
  70.          Creative Thinking and Problem Solving is taught. Site
  71.          licenses offering discounts of up to 80% are available (see
  72.          the MLSITLIC.REG file or type MLSITLIC for further
  73.          information).

  75.          MoonLite runs on any IBM-compatible PC (XT, AT, 386 or 486
  76.          machine) with or without color and with or without printer.
  77.          DOS 3.2 or higher required.
